WHAT IS SoftCricket ?

SoftCricket’ is a shortened and fast-paced version of cricket designed especially for children learning the game. While being fun for the players, it teaches the fundamentals of the game and allows those wishing to continue on to more traditional versions of cricket to continue on with a thorough understanding of the basics.

SoftCricket’ stresses equal participation from boys and girls.

SoftCricket’ is played indoor (Gyms and Halls) as well as outdoor (Baseball Fields, Soccer Fields, Backyards etc). It is ideal for Schools and Recreation Centers.

SoftCricket’ is fun and continuous action for large or small groups.
SoftCricket’ improves ball/bat motor skills
SoftCricket’ improves hand/eye coordination.
SoftCricket’ improves decision-making skills.
SoftCricket’ is safe and easy to play. Equipment is made of plastics.
helps to develop skills which carry over to other lifetime sports.

SoftCricket’ teaches Sportsmanship - no arguing with officials, encouraging all participants, honesty and fair play based on the "Laws of Cricket" .

Introduce cricket to children through “In School” and other coaching programs. Let us know, we will bring all equipment required to your school, set it up in Gym and provide demonstration of the game.
