Players Registration Information
The following types of registration are available
to play cricket at Nashville Cricket Club. Registration is open
to anyone with interest in the game of cricket regardless of race,
religion, color, or national origin, or to disability, age, sex,
sexual orientation, or status as a disabled or Vietnam-era veteran.
NCC is an equal opportunity/affirmative action club and complies
with all federal and Tennessee laws, regulations, and executive
orders regarding affirmative action requirements in all programs
Standard
Anyone above the age of 18 will need standard registration.
Social
For the persons who can’t play regularly every week during
the season, the Social registration is available.
Student
and Junior
Students and players with age less than 18 will need this registration.
Special discounts
are available to the locals interested in learning cricket. Common
benefits to all the players are:
Weekly practice game during season (April
till the end of September) . The number of sessions will be between
15 and 20. Games will be played on Sunday afternoons. In the event
of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances the game's will
be rescheduled. Please visit www.nashillecricketclub.com on the
day of the practice to confirm the location, date and time.
Club provides playing equipment including Cricket bat and protective
gear.
Club arranges a ground to play with playing mat and practice net.
Club pays any charges related to the ground reservation (if required)
Club provides coaching in bowling, batting and fielding (if needed)
Players will
be able to participate in Club’s functions and picnics at
a discounted rate.
Each Player will need to sign ‘WAIVER
AND RELEASE’ form.
